One area your article could have included is the use of background music in helping to enhance a comfortable environment. Well-chosen music played at the right volume can enhance positive learning emotions. I did a Masters on the topic "Background Music in Education" last year and found that unlike many other industries, education is slow to utilise it's benefits. From my study, our school is presently experimenting with a conceopt, and early results reveal positive emotional benefits to students and staff, particularly in the morning. I could write more about this if you wish.
