I am currently enrolled in a program to receive a principal certification. I am just starting my internship. Throughout the coursework I did not feel confident enough in myself to become an administrator right away. Now that I am seeing the amount of support, I am beginning to realize that I am not alone. Currently I am not ready to leave the classroom, but I am glad that I getting this certification. I know that I will be just fine as a future administrator.
Not Ready to Take the Plunge
