i am currently studying the IB and personally I feel it is a very rounded cirriculum. Alternative courses offered tend to encourage students to choose a specific field of education, largely before they have properly decided what they would like to pursue as a career. It encourages students to question, and perhaps doubt what is being taught. If students merely accept that what they are taught is true, how do we expect to make major progress?
