Technology in the Classroom

This video was truly inspiring - and also eye-opening. One of the first things that struck me was the technology that provided speech for students, and also machines that were manipulated with the movement of an eyebrow. It is just amazing how much we can do with technology in education, and how much further people with disabilities can go today than, say, 20 years ago. The boy in the band also had quite the story. I am sure it was not easy for him to overcome so many challenges but there is no doubt that assistive technology will enable him to accomplish any of his dreams in the future.
