I also agree with this article! Highly qualified does not mean great quality within the classroom. Alot of parents want to blame the schools when his or her child is failing, but has little to no involvement within the school. Parents should become aware of this act and the politicians should continue to reevaluate this act!! This funding has helped alot of schools, but more needs to be done.
