Alon Amit

Alon Amit is a group product manager at Google, where he has many opportunities to apply his mathematical skills. He holds a doctorate degree in mathematics from Jerusalem's Hebrew University and is keenly interested in mathematics education and recreational mathematics. Amit spent eight years in the biotechnology industry at Compugen, where he served as vice president of science and technology.

Speaking in a forum for math and science teachers

Hi,
My name is Dr. Nitzan Resnick and I am a scientist, the director of the New Science and Math Initiative and a member of MA Math and Science Advisory Council. On June 23rd 2009 we are organizing a forum for science and math teachers (k-12)from all the Jewish day Schools in New England.
We would love to have you as our keynote speaker (10-12AM).
