Thanks for asking Cindy! There were a few questions that showed statistically significant differences among grade levels:

We asked, “Do you feel there were too few, just the right amount, or too many volunteers in the 2012-13 school year.”
A statistically significantly larger proportion of 9th-12th grade teachers said too few (63.9%) compared to PK/K-2nd grade teachers (43.1%) and 3rd – 5th grade teachers (42.3%).

When asked where teachers would like to see more volunteers, reading and listening to students read was cited more frequently by PK/K-2nd and 3rd – 5th grade teachers than 9th – 12th grade teachers. Tutoring and homework help was even across grade levels. Donating items and helping with fundraisers were cited more frequently by 6th-8th and 9th-12th grade teachers.

Thanks for the @Edutopia post, Karen! Is there additional information about the survey results? Specifically, the breakdown across K-2, 3-5, 6-8, 9-12 -- and how the needs varied by grade-level? Thanks so much!
