"don't rest on what you know today". I think lifelong learning is essential, but technology changes so often. Dig in to the ISTE group, SAMR model, TPACK model, but also keep in context how all of that plays into change management, and Roger’s Bell Curve of Potential Adopters. The only constant in any of it will be change, but as a coach you can have a consistent approach to change.

When a teacher approached me and said, I just can't link up my emails, I let her know we could meet at lunch later and I could help her. It was non confrontational and brought technology to the discussion table. As we worked together problem solving, she invited another teacher to sit with us. An hour later the two of them were so excited about what we had accomplished, they came back asking for more and wanted to attend my workshop. Can't wait to work with them again!
