Reform
I'm really impressed by the mission, vision, and goal of Green Dot Schools. And, I feel fortunate to be a teacher at one of our local charter schools. I believe that charter schools have both the opportunity and good fortune to be able to adapt and change when it is most needed. Our nation's school system is failing. We need to make changes that are both beneficial and creative. And, while we should be careful we do not have the time to be overly critical. What I mean is that we should try new ideas, take risks, and when necessary, we need to get rid of old strategies that no longer apply.
